Classes
I have been teaching yoga since June 2019, and since September 2019, I run my own studio, DAYANANDA. I offer a range of classes, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Tantra, and SUP Yoga, adapting to each student’s needs.
I specialize in therapeutic and restorative yoga, particularly through tailored one-on-one sessions. My aim is to help reduce stress and anxiety, both physical and mental, using asanas and breathing techniques to promote body awareness, complemented by Ayurvedic methods for holistic healing. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, Gong sound baths, and specialized programs for women.
As a certified hiking guide, I lead nature immersion programs, including forest baths, outdoor meditations, and forest therapy, fostering a deep connection with nature to enhance physical and emotional well-being. My background in Meditation, Mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra ensures a calming atmosphere, fostering mental and physical relaxation.
Classes are available in Spanish and English, both in groups and one-on-one sessions, from beginner to intermediate levels.
